Building Beyond Traditional Practice

Vaishnavi More is an Architect, entrepreneur, and technology founder exploring how architects can shape the future beyond traditional practice. Her work sits at the intersection of architecture, business, entrepreneurship, and emerging technologies, challenging conventional ideas about what architects can build and who they can become.

As Founder and CEO of Zenoya, she is building AI-powered technology that helps architecture and design firms rethink how practice operates. Across three ventures and more than $1 million in venture funding, her career has centered on applying architectural thinking to solve complex problems beyond the design of buildings.

A graduate of the University of Michigan and Harvard Graduate School of Design, Vaishnavi's work spans research, company building, and public speaking. Through Architecture Lab, she explores the future of architectural practice, entrepreneurship, leadership, and innovation—advocating for a profession where architects become founders, technologists, investors, policymakers, and changemakers.

Her work is driven by a single belief:
Architects are uniquely equipped to build more than buildings. They can build companies, technologies, systems, and entirely new futures for the profession.

Vaishnavi More helps ambitious founders build exceptional companies—and become exceptional founders in the process.
